Shalean Wussow

Shalean is an ambitious HR professional who is constantly looking to make a positive impact in her professional and personal relationships. As a team player, she values and focuses on innovative solutions, building strong connections, and maximizing people’s potential by understanding their goals.

Aside from the day-to-day HR work Shalean is extremely passionate about giving back to the community. NAIT has been a strong influence on Shalean as a business professional, and she currently sits as a member of the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for the Human Resources Management program at NAIT as a proud alumnus. When Shalean is not crushing the day-to-day HR work you can find her out in the mountains snowboarding, back-country snowmobiling, dirt biking, and soaking up the sun!
