He has honed is ability to keep an eye on the forest and not the weeds, and keeps his clients’ best interests in mind in everything he does. Over the past 36 years, Scott has held many corporate titles including CEO, CFO, COO, President, Sales Director, Delivery Driver, Warehouse Worker, Loading Dock, Assembly Line, Marketing, AP Clerk, AR Clerk, Controller, Account Manager, etc. His current role at HGA Next allows him to engage with multiple organizations simultaneously. His passion is working with organizations that are ready, willing, able to, and need change – regardless of industry!

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, business has always been a core part of who Michael is. From 2004 to 2021, he owned and operated several ventures, including construction, RV rentals, and commercial and residential real estate. He is passionate about building relationships, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, golf, BMX racing, music, and birds of prey. He shares life’s adventures with his incredible wife Megan, their two sons Cole and Eric, and their dog Molly.
